         We know that, if we eat someone then it gives energy for work or many other events. So the energy in food is measured in calories. In simple word, Calories are the amount of energy released when our body digests or absorbs food. Calories is very essential part of food. If food contains more calories then it gives you more energy. And if we eat more calories than we need then the extra calories stores as a body fat.

In skin of apples, there is present of quercetin. This quercetin helps to regulate the immune system and also reduce inflammation.  Apple is a very good for human health. It contains 50 calories per grams. Apple contains more fibre and it also contains peactin fibre and hence it is helps for loss of weight and helps to control the body's blood sugar levels.

It have very low calories in it hence most important and popular negative food. Celery contains soluble and insoluble fibre which helps to prevent diarrhea and constipation. It also contains flavonoids that inhibit the growth of certain bacteria. Celery is used for salads, chutney etc.
