This rays is harmful to living things on Earth. All over the last hundred years, the ozone layer has been destroyed by man- produced chemicals, mainly CFCs Chlorofluorocarbons, which were helpful usually in aerosol sprays and refrigerants. CFCs are disconnected in the upper atmosphere when they react with the ozone, creating ozone reduction.
International leader identified this and united in stopping the utilize of CFCs. At the end, the hole in the ozone layer has been compressing and the ozone layer has been repeatedly covered.

These gases, through many chemical reactions, occuring the ozone molecules to break down, lowering ozone's ultraviolet UV rays absorbing ability.
