               All of you know about the importance of the sleep which is palys an important role in our health. The energy conservative theory said that, the first function of sleep is to decrease an individuals energy request. Sleep is necessary for reduce our stress, improve memory, lower our blood pressure, maintain our weight, reduces chances of diabetes, to keep our heart healthy, and also helps our body to fight back. 

             In students life, amount of sleep is very necessary to stay focused, improved academic performance in colleges or schools. The students who do not get enough sleep increase risk of many health diseases. Sleep is also helps to enhance attention and creativity. 

               By UK study, the best time for sleeping is 10 p.m and 11 p.m for the human heart health. New research which is published in the European Heart Journal, gathering a information in which there are about 88,000 participants. The participants aged in between 43 to 80 in the UK. Biobank. research, who agreed to control their sleeping time and wake up time over a 7 days by using an accelerometer. Participants completed lifestyle, physical assessments and health. This participants followed up a new diagnosis of cardiovascular disease that was defined a heart diseases like heart attack, heart failure, stroke and chronic ischaemic heart disease. 




          The study also found that there was 12% greater risk for those people who going to rest from 11 p.m to 12 p.m. and people who going rest at 10 p.m having a risk about 24%. Dr. David Plans ( Author of the Study and senior lecturer in organisational neuroscience at the University of Exeter) said that - this study shows that the maximum time to go to sleep is at a particular point in the body's 24 -hour process and deviations may be harmful to human health. The dangerous time was after midnight. He also say that-  how maximum bedtime fits good with circadian rhythms and daylight exposure. The case proves that the early or late bedtime may be more likely to discards the body clock with didifficul results for cardiovascular health.
              Dr. Snajay Bhat said that- 8 hours of proper sleep is important for a healthy heart and for good functioning of the body. The people who experiences insomnia or breathing issues during night then take a immediately medical help. 

          Senior cardiac nurse at the British Heart Foundation says that- Going to slepp during 10 p.m to 11 p.m could be the sweet point for most people to keep their heart healthy for long time. It's very necessary to keep in mind that study only show an association but can't prove cause and side effects. 


                So getting enough bed rest is necessary for our general wellbeing and also for our heart and circulatory health. Most of the adults goal for 7 to 9 hours for sleep per night. 

For better sleep:
1) Never do any work at bed time. 
2) Don't eat or drink late at night. 
3) Read a real book for enjoyment. 
4) Create a hygiene ritual. 
5) Make a to-do list. 
6) Decide a bedtime. 

7) Don't see TV or mobile before bedtime.
